As graduated Engineer with long time experiences in Quality Management, Process and Validation in the Medical Device Sector and Industry, Matthias is an expert in his Role and also active as Trainer/Tutor for Organic Farming.  

Jeanny Dwidjo

CO-Owner CROP & ROAST, Head of Marketing & Sales

Jeanny manages all Sales & Marketing activities of the Roastery. As passionate Barista, she also creates several coffee drinks for our Café & Shops.

Miorraetha

Head of Aurelia Da'Gabo, Green Bean Sourcing & Farming

Our Sister Mio represents Aurelia Da'Gabo as Managing Director. She is a young and dynamic person who embodies the social Angegement of Aurelia Da'Gabo and leads the production and farms. 

Agung Sopian Herdiana

Head Roaster Indonesia, Source Quality Control

Agung is a passionate Roaster with a strong background as Barista and Coffee Cupping. His experiences makes him the best for the function as Quality Control of all our produced Green Coffee in Indonesia.
